For more than 15 years, certified medical aesthetician, Joanne Sargent, RN, has owned and operated a business dedicated to the health and wellness of her patients from in and around Chelmsford, Massachusetts. At Begin With Skin Med Spa, Joanne follows her passion for outstanding service by providing a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art beauty and wellness treatments.
Joanne is driven by the needs of her patients. Each patient begins with a thorough consultation to build a knowledge base of the individual’s lifestyle, health, and beauty concerns. This allows Joanne to create customized plans that include carefully selected treatments, procedures, and wellness practices to help patients look and feel their absolute best.
Joanne believes that education is essential to patient wellness. Whether they need to learn about skincare, cosmetic application, or the best nutritional and exercise options, Joanne has the experience and knowledge to help them live life to the fullest.

Kimberleigh White, RN, MS
Registered Nurse
Kimberleigh has been a Registered Nurse for over 35 years, with a focus on cardiovascular health. Her extensive experience is combined with a Master of Science in Health Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Kimberleigh has provided health and wellness programs for individuals and employers throughout her entire career. She is passionate about providing patients with the tools they need to be their healthiest selves through self empowerment and education. Focusing on a personalized approach to lifestyle coaching, based on years of experience in weight management, smoking cessation and cardiac risk reduction, she is excited to continue helping clients with their weight management and lifestyle goals.
As a Southern transplant to New England, Kimberleigh enjoys exploring her new home and rooting for Boston professional sports teams. A lifelong lover of exercise, she stays active through a mix of cycling, walking, running, and weight training with her husband, daughter, and ragdoll cats.
Dr. DeAmicis, MD, Ph.D., CPE
Medical Director
Dr. DeAmicis is the medical director for Begin with Skin and shares our philosophy which is rooted in the idea of restoring and rejuvenating your natural radiance while respecting and highlighting the unique features and proportions that make you one of a kind.
In 2018, he joined our practice and continues to work in his private internal medicine practice. Begin with Skin’s name draws its inspiration from our philosophy of rejuvenation. The goal of every procedure at Begin with Skin is to restore your natural sense of vibrancy using methods that are completely natural where people will notice but will not know what you had done.
Dr. DeAmicis takes pride in continuing his education to increase his knowledge and understanding, and to act as a resource to his aesthetic team.
Currently, he is the President and Medical Director of Medical Health Care Specialist P.C. He manages both clinical operational functions of a large primary care physician group. He is also on the Board of Wellforce, Circle Health, and Lowell General Physician Hospital Organization.
Jenna Grelle, MA, RN, BSN
Aesthetics Nurse
Jenna Grelle, MA, RN, BSN and Aesthetics Nurse with Begin With Skin specializing in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Her personalized approach and commitment to helping others live, feel and be their best self through self care is what inspires her every day. This combined with her wellness, spa and nursing experience, patience and clinical background allows her to work with clients in achieving desired results in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
Jenna holds a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from SUNY New Paltz, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UMASS Amherst and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from Keene State College. She became certified in Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler injections through the Aesthetics Institute of Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Aesthetic Association. She has held various senior leadership and management positions in the Hotel Spa and Fitness Industry and Occupational Health, wellness and Nursing specialties. For fun, Jenna loves the beach, skiing , cycling and regular exercise and one of her proudest accomplishments is cycling in the Pan Mass Challenge event for 18 years with her sister and cancer survivor while raising funds for clinical research.
Nina Balan
Aesthetician
Nina has always had a passion for the beauty industry, after graduating from Providence College she followed that interest and pursued an aesthetics license. The combination of marketing and aesthetics led her to a twenty-five-year career, from the development and operations of a 22 spa location chain to working with top industry consultants helping to bring “ the best industry practices” to their clients. During this time Nina has cultivated her skills in the spa industry from management, marketing, operations, training, and aesthetics. However, working with clients is her passion. Helping women look and feel their personal best is her focus. Creating customized treatment plans for clients and working closely with them as they transform their skin. Nina is a trained aesthetician and certified laser technician. She is also certified in microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Nina also has additional training in LED light therapy and acne protocols and is a trained Environ specialist.
Katelyn Winship
Aesthetician
Katelyn Winship is a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute. Katelyn has a warm and engaging personality. Her primary focus is sharing her knowledge and expertise, helping her clients meet their skincare needs. She enjoys customizing facial treatments and recommending skin care Products that will provide clients with a more vibrant and youthful glow. Katelyn is passionate about helping her clients feel more confident and satisfied with their skin and making the overall experience at the med spa a positive one. She believes everyone should set time aside to pamper themselves. She is happy to provide a little escape and relief from the stresses of everyday life. Katelyn is proud to be a part of the Begin With Skin team.
Daphna Bourdelias
Aesthetician
Daphna completed the accelerated advanced medical program from the prestigious Catherine Hinds Institute in 2006. Since then she has been focusing on leading a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. In addition to esthetics, she is also a certified yoga instructor and is studying to be a yoga therapist. She is passionate about keeping up with the most current specialty skincare techniques including personalized esthetics which allows her to provide a one-on-one customized treatment plan for her clients. One of Daphna’s strengths is listening to her client's concerns and skincare history and formulating an individual plan to accomplish their goals. She wants her clients to be 100% satisfied with their visit and believes that “we all want to LOOK our best but it’s equally important to FEEL our best”! She is certified in Celluma and LED photo light therapy, Hydrafacial, Pelleve, Ultherapy, Dermaplaning, VI Peel, and Microneedling.

Andrea Dollet, LMT, CMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Andrea started her journey at The New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts. Upon graduating in 2002 she opened A. Touch Massage Therapy and focused on injury prevention, manual therapy for chronic and acute sports injuries, and maintaining both physical and spiritual health through massage. Ten years ago Andrea expanded her modalities to include oncology massage, lymphedema management, and Thai Yoga massage. Current modalities include deep tissue, swedish relaxation, oncology massage, lymphedema management thru manual lymphatic drainage, basic reflexology, Thai yoga massage, fire cupping, and reiki. Andrea is passionate about health and fitness and had been a group fitness instructor for 25 years. In the summer, she also teaches flying trapeze. She loves to travel, go horseback riding with her daughters, going to the movies with her husband, and hanging out with my dogs. Helping clients feel better physically and emotionally through her therapies is her passion. Full body wellness to guide clients to become a stronger, healthier version of themselves.
