How to keep your skin moisturized in the winter season.

This January the temperature hit single digits for several days. I don’t know about you ladies, but that is hibernation weather for us here at Begin with Skin MedSpa. Despite anyones best effort to avoid going out in the bitter cold temperatures, we all have to leave the house, occasionally; even if it's just to get in the car, walk into the store, or head into work. Just those 5-10 mins can wreak havoc on the skin, as I am sure many of you have noticed.

Here at Begin with Skin MedSpa we understand that changing your skincare routine can be intimidating. We wanted to provide you with a simple guideline to layering your skincare for dry skin. Below is a list numbered 1-6. One being the first layer, six being the last layer. Begin with Skin MedSpa loves the results given with the 6 products listed below. A simple rule of thumb when layering skincare is working from lightest to heaviest formulas. When changing up your skincare routine, we not only recommended changing or adding facial lotions, but also switching your cleaner to something less harsh.

Dry Skin Solutions:

  1. Environ Pre Cleansing Oil
  2. Environ Cleansing Lotion
  3. Environ HA Serum
  4. C-quence Eye Creme
  5. Super Plus Moisturizer
  6. TIZO SPF 40

Begin with Skin MedSpa has been a long time carrier of Environ products because we believe that they work wonders for many of our current and new clients. If you have questions regarding your skincare needs, please call for a free consultation.
